When I tried to manually adjust the time, it broke, so I sent it back for a new one. The second watch couldn't set time zones correctly, so I sent it back also, and then bought a watch from another company. Casio customer service is only available during limited hours. If you get them on the phone, they're pretty good, but email support isn't very helpful (if they reply at all).
I'd be willing to pay more for a watch that actually worked and had decent customer service, but Casio is clearly all about quantity and not quality. I was verydisappointed with this purchase and wish I haddn't wasted all that time.
