I paid $156 for this watch after taxes from a reputable retailer.I had this watch a week, wearing it to an office work environment, nothing special or rough, and the crystal was scratched to hell after only 7 days.Diesel must put crappy crystals in their watches, because I've never had a watch crystal scratch so easily.I tried to find out what exact mineral is used in their watches, but I can't find ANY literature on Diesel's web site or anywhere else. It certainly isn't manufactured sapphire.AVOID Diesel watches.Once the crystal gets scratched, it doesn't matter how cool the rest of the piece looks. Since they don't report what crystal mineral they use, I can only assume they're fully aware of the poor quality.Product Description
