Review of Seiko Men's Yellow Dial Chronograph Diver Watch with Stainless Steel Band Model SNDA15P1

I recently purchased one of these watches, but I got the model with the Seiko Composite Band, not the steel bracelet.

Watch is awesome. It's very bulky, and it's one you will love or hate instantly. If it caught your eye already, you will be happy with it.

Keeps time right around the stated average of +/- 15 seconds a month, mine has erred on the side of caution, and usually picks up 2-3 seconds from my Atomic Clock.

Movement seems to be robust, and the 1/20 Chrono is neat, although somewhat useless for me.

I am a little disappointed in the duration of the 'Lumibrite' on the dial markings, it only holds a charge for a few hours, the manual says that it should hold for 5-8.

Not sure if this is a limitation of all painted dial markings, because most of my other watches are Reactor or Luminox, which don't have this issue.

Other than the duration of the glow at night time, this watch is fantastic, and even with that small issue, I would still gladly spend the money again.

Product Description
About Seiko In 1877, at the age of 18, Kintaro Hattori set up business repairing the Western-style clocks that were becoming increasingly popular in Japan. By 1892, Hattori was manufacturing his own clocks in a factory he called Seikosha, from the words "seiko" meaning "exquisite," "success," or "miniature," and "sha" meaning "house." The company grew and prospered, producing its first wristwatch in 1913 and launching the Seiko brand in 1924. Technological innovation has always been a driving force in the company's history. Key milestones include Seiko's introduction of the world's first quartz watch in 1969, and its successful launch, in 1988, of the Kinetic, the world's first battery-free watch with quartz accuracy. Today, the Seiko brand continues to stand for state-of-the-art technology, as well as superior quality and refined design.
