I bought this watch as a gift for Christmas from the Skagen website. The day after I gave it to my boyfriend, we were drinking coffee and the crystal face just shattered; he did not even hit his wrist on the table, it was just still and shattered. The customer service was so great, they sent us a replacement... a week later, we were watching t.v., same thing happened. Received another replacement; walking the dogs, shattered. Skagen told me they were having issues with the crystal shattering with other customers as well. As beautiful as the watch is, stear clear until they figure out the problem.Product Description
