When the product did not arrive in the mail, I contacted the company. They informed me they worry sorry and that the advertised product will not fit my Philip Stein watch anyway. They immediatly canceled the order and credited my account. I appreciated the service, but wish it was clear (since this happens alot) in the ad that the bands they sell do not fit Philip Stein watches.
